Parliament House George Street

Parliament House is located on the corner of George and Alice Street in the city and is the home of the Parliament of Queensland. Its street frontage was completed in 1868 in a French Renaissance Revival style which the stunning colonnades built during 1878. There are free tours provided 5 times a day Monday to Friday unless parliament is sitting. You can watch proceedings of parliament sitting from the public gallery.
