Tibetan Children's Fund
Lama Tendar has felt it his sacred duty to help all sentient beings wherever he can and no less those left in Kham. Over the past few years and thanks to the generosity of those in Australia, Lama Tendar has been able to send funds and to purchase the necessary supplies to facilitate the part reconstruction of a school and to be able to support the feeding and education on a regular basis of approximately 130 young students. He is also hopeful of collecting enough donations to be able to rebuild a hospital, as there are no medical facilities for hundreds of kilometres.
This is a sacred duty and one, which you can become involved in. If you feel connected and wish to help.
He would personally like to invite you and your friends to the Ayurvedic Buffet on October 18. Here we will enjoy the companionship of other like-minded people and to watch a video of the School Lama Tendar has funded. We will hear the story of the reconstruction and how the consciousness of this area is being healed. By coming along your financial contribution will be directly used to support the lives of many of those we will see on the video.
Please talk to your work colleagues and local business owners, by spreading the word we not only raise awareness of the difficulties faced by the Tibetan people but also offer us more fortunate, an avenue to assist and to share some of the good fortune resulting from our current incarnation here in Australia.
Lama Tendar will give those movers amongst us who can fill a table of ten, a very special ‘Tibetan Hug’ You’ll know how special this, after… So, please start networking. Early registrations will help with catering requirements.
