WHO WILL BE TEACHING?
Jessica Malousis is the teacher and studio owner of Artful Snippets Studio and Art School in Salisbury, Brisbane. She is a qualified teacher, artist, exhibitor, creator, mixed media enthusiast, perfectionist, thinker, a wife and a mother. Her creative journey began at a very young age and her arts practice has taken many different paths. While completing a dual degree in visual arts and education, Jessica found many of the arts courses to be stifling, confusing and missing the basic skill sets artists need. Her passion through Artful Snippets is to encourage more local community participation, developing skill sets in fine and creative arts, without the high costs of tertiary education. Jessica loves teaching people of all ages with no background in arts and to help develop confidence in a creative field.
