Tear It Up – Mini Festival

Queensland has a long and storied history of innovators throwing down the gauntlet to conformity and making their own voices heard.

Come and celebrate the independent, abrasive, DIY voice of Brisbane at State Library of Queensland, with a day of live music, lively discussions and out-of-the-box experiences.

The day will feature performances by Steve Towson, Last Chaos, and Impossible Odds, pop-up markets, and in-depth conversations looking at the influence of music and politics.

This event is part of “Live! Queensland band culture” at State Library of Queensland until 14 September. Celebrate the soundtrack of our state through live performances, exhibitions and events.
