Santa Paws Brisbane

Santa will be visiting the RSPCA Wacol Animal Care Campus this November and all dogs and their owners are invited to come along and have their photo taken with Santa himself! Other family members and friends are also welcome to be in the photo too!

Make it a family day out by also coming to visit our RSPCA Christmas Markets and find plenty of gifts and treats to share with your family (and your pooches) this Christmas!

This is the pawfect way to treasure a family photo this Christmas and in doing so, you are also supporting the RSPCA and the animals in our care this festive season.

Important Information

Santa Paws is run on Saturday 22nd November only from 9am – 5pm and bookings for photos are essential. There will be availability for ‘walk ins’ on the day however this will be limited and there could be a waiting period (just enough time for you to enjoy a walk around our Christmas markets!).

As this is a family friendly event, please ensure your dogs are fully vaccinated and have their collar and lead on securely the whole time (including while you are in the photography room). For the safety of all, please ensure your pet is coping with the surrounding environment as they will be in close contact to other animals, children and adults.

In order to accommodate everyone, we have various photography rooms as listed below. Please ensure you read through these carefully and pick the room that is most suited to you and your family.

  • Room 1: Large space which is ideal for accommodating multiple pets and owners. If you were unable to book room 2 or 3, please select this room, which is ideal for all scenarios.
  • Room 2: Medium space which is ideal for a couple of pets and owners.
  • Room 3: Smaller space which is ideal for single pets or for those pets who are timid or photo shy as this room will be quieter and has a separate entrance.

Each room has a set amount of photography appointments across a half an hour period. Please select your desired room and then time slot. Your individual photo session will run for approximately 5 minutes only, this is usually plenty of time to get a great photo. However, if you feel you need more time due to having multiple or timid animals for example, please ensure you book more than 1 ticket.

Come down to the RSPCA Christmas Market on Saturday 22 November and shop for gifts and treats to share with your family (and your pooches) whilst enjoying our food stalls, raffles, lucky dips, Christmas Puddings and much more! The event will run from 9am until 5pm at the RSPCA Animal Care Campus, 139 Wacol Station Road, Wacol. The Christmas Markets is a free event and there will be plenty of activities for the whole family, so come down for a fun filled day, whilst supporting the RSPCA.

Also, you can get your pooch’s photo taken with the one and only Santa Paws!
