Brisbane is home to a variety of live music and entertainment in a number of venues across the city, along with some major festivals, carnivals, sporting and community events that everyone will enjoy. Want to submit an upcoming event?

If you know of an event that should be listed here, submit it to the site for free! To submit your event, register first and once you are logged in proceed to add a new event. All events submitted go through a screening process and will need to be approved before becoming visible on the site.


RSPCA Pop Up Adoption

We are very excited to announce that RSPCA Pop Up Adoption will be back again at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Saturday 16th January! Dogs, puppies, cats and kittens will all be available for adoption on the day at very special, one-day prices! 

If you are looking to add another member to your family, then Pop Up Adoption is the place to be! Held for just one day at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, there will be hundreds of cats, dogs, puppies and kitten waiting for their forever homes. 

There will be cats and dogs of all sizes and types to suit every lifestyle, available to adopt from 9am to 4pm. There will also be food, entertainment, vet advice and products to purchase for your new family member and entry is FREE!

Christmas is a very busy time of year at the RSPCA and as such, we are hoping that all Queenslanders will open their hearts and their homes and considering adoption a new fur-ever friend at this year’s Pop Up Adoption!

At our first Pop Up Adoption event in January 2015, nearly 10,000 people walked through the doors and 270 dogs, puppies, cats and kittens found their fur-ever home! This was a first for animal welfare in Australia to adopt 270 animals at the one location in one day and we hope to do even better in 2016!
