RENDEZ-VOUS: Date Nights
We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we hold this event, live and create upon.
We pay our respects to First Nations Peoples and their Elders past, present and emerging.
We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community.
Sovereignty was never ceded.
Always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.
"Where do you want to go, my love?"
Talk in hushed whispers, whilst you and the crew wander through everchanging galleries.
Devour street food with Mama at the palengke.
Roll solo when you catch a gig at the spot.
Speak to the sea of people around you, with only the waves your body makes.
Sit in the love we have for ourselves and love the moments we have with each other.
Take time to hear stories and tell our own. Connect with the people in the background of our films. Play integral or supporting roles to someone else’s. Gallivant with the Gods who live in the "dream state," and the ones we ride with in the waking life.
Didn’t you hear the fam talking about jamming at the after party?
With an interchangeable Protagonist.
Showcasing diverse, multidisciplinary and innovative creators worldwide and locally.
