October Resident

Occurs every week on Friday

They’re fresh, they’re free and they’re moving in. Kick off your weekend with the cool sounds of our monthly live music residents on Friday nights as some of the best Indie-Pop/Alt Country bands around stake their claim on the Turbine Platform. Each band will have an entire month to capture the hearts of Brisbane music lovers with a set every week. In October, we will feature Brisbane songstress Eleanor Angel,  a stunning vocalist who weaves elements of classical voice, jazz and folk with a sense of bittersweet introspection. Her arrangements have an elegant simplicity, structured around the fingerstyled guitar of her live performances and augmented by lush, spacious production on her debut album Rain on the Street.

Presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and Brispop
