Melbourne Cup at Libertine

Join Libertine for Melbourne Cup and start your race day with a glass of champagne or beer on arrival. Enjoy a seven course shared banquet including Sydney Rock Oysters w/ caramelised eschallots and cabernet vinegar, to Organic Byron Bay Pork Belly w/ spiced carrot puree, chilli ginger honey glaze, fried shallots and finished off with Jasmine panna cotta, pear and aloe vera sorbet, dehydrated jackfruit and petite popping toffee apples.

 

With live coverage on big screen televisions and TAB access across the road, the beautiful Lantern Terrace will also play host to the latest Spring fashion trends. Libertine are also running sweepstakes with 50 per cent of the proceeds being donated to Mater Little Miracles.
