Laidley Heritage Festival

A short drive from Brisbane, Laidley has everything to offer over the Heritage Weekend. Take a walk back through time, enjoy a horse and coach ride, see the spinners and weavers and blacksmith in action, enjoy a camp oven stew for lunch, or demonstrations for the adults on pottery, sculpting and more, whilst the children enjoy the animal farm, circus workshops, jumping castle or face painting. Annie’s Place Café at Das Neumann Haus has great meals on offer plus entertainment by local performers.

This year, Laidley Pioneer Village welcomes the Mongrel, the musical tractor from South Burnett region for the very first time. With four separate musical stations on the tractor, the family can create a unique musical masterpiece!
