IKEA takes its iconic meatballs to the people of Brisbane

Celebrating the launch of the 2017 IKEA Catalogue and the central role that cooking, eating and entertaining play in life at home, IKEA Australia is giving Brisbanites free IKEA meatballs (KÖTTBULLAR in Swedish) to celebrate the iconic Catalogue launch.

 

The IKEA Mobile Catalogue will arrive in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 September (from 10am each day) with locals invited to visit to get a taste of the new IKEA Catalogue and app, dished up with a serve of traditional Swedish meatballs and surrounded by a sample of some of the 500 new products that have just landed in IKEA stores around the country.

 

No money will be exchanged at the IKEA Mobile Catalogue with locals asked to pay for their meatballs using social currency. Just download the new IKEA Catalogue app, via Google Play or the App Store,  and share your experience using #IKEAcatalogue2017 in exchange for a serve of the IKEA Meatballs (KÖTTBULLAR) with lingonberry jam and gravy.
