History Alive: A Journey Through Time
History Alive: A Journey Through Time is Queensland's only multi-period living history and re-enactment event.
Held at historical Fort Lytton National Park, over 400 re-enactors and living historians come together on the 7th and 8th of June to share their passion for history with the people of Queensland.
From Vikings to Vietnam War Era Diggers, it is the perfect way to learn history in fun way. You'll see knights tournaments, Napoleonic battles, and WWI demonstrations on the main arena, as well as historical talks and dance demonstrations. You can also walk through living history encampments to see how people of bygone eras really lived.
Food and opportunities to shop for something to take home are available.
