Hide and Seek - Natach Arena

This exhibition presents a selection of new large canvasses created over the last two years. Arena's visual language plays with representational and abstract elements in her paintings. Arena wants to suggest figurative references in avoiding a direct narrative. The transposition of the mental image on the canvas brings interrogation to the pictorial proposal as incomplete, and, non-straightforward identifiable entities, giving precedence to suggestion instead of revelation.
