Garnish Your Gin at Alchemy Restaurant & Bar

Summer cocktails on the deck don’t get much better than this! Located in the heart of the city on the banks of the Brisbane River, you’ll find Alchemy Restaurant & Bar. Famous for their luxurious Italian-Australian dishes, fresh Gin cocktails and delicious seafood, Alchemy is renowned for their award winning food and stunning city views. 

Their menu rotates seasonally, using only the best, fresh and locally sourced ingredients. This month, you can try their Salmon Carpaccio, Braised Beef Cheeks, Squid Ink Risotto, and much more. 

 Take in the sunshine with the river breeze as you sip on their famous ‘Garnish Your Gin’ cocktails, allowing you to choose your own Summer fruits to pair with your favourite gin drink. Don’t forget the freshly shucked oysters, cheese boards and antipasto platters.

Alchemy is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Friday, and dinner on Saturday night.
