The MasterClass will take you through:

Antipasto: - vitello tonnato - thinly sliced braised Gippsland (Vic) veal, served cold with a mayonnaise of tuna, capers, anchovies and topped with cornichons

Primo: -gnocchi alla sorrentina: hand made potato and flour gnocchi served in salsa napoletana, smoked mozzarella, grana parmiggiano and fresh basil 
 
Dolce: - semifreddo al torrone- hazelnut, nougat semifreddo served with crostoli and pearsyrup 
 
After the MasterClass, enjoy the dishes prepared with matching wines. 

$100 - includes lunch and wine after class
