About: Groundwater basins are one of the last unknown landscapes on earth. These hidden waters are vast tracts yet to be fully realised and their ancient and present structures can be sourced upon to unfold a new set of challenges in drawing. The mixed media works focus on methods of drawing on the spaces of ephemeral rivers and creeks and of their connections to the artesian waters that lie beneath the areas of Western Queensland.
