DONT BE A FOOL, CHANGE YOUR SMOKE ALARM

On April 1 The Queensalnd Fire and Rescue Service is urging all Queenslanders to change the batteries in their smoke alarms as part of their Don't Be A Fool Campaign. The Campaign is being run in conjunction with Duracell, which is a brand that the fire services recognise as long and lasting. Every year more than 50 families in Australia lose a loved one as the direct result of of a house fire and many of these instances could have been prevented with working fire alarms. Remember don't be a fool and mark April 1st in your diary as the day to change your smoke alarm batteries.
