Brash Higgins Wine Dinner

Join the team at Stokehouse Q on the iconic Brisbane River for a special wine dinner with South Australian winemaker Brash Higgins. On Thursday, 4 July Brash Higgins owner and winemaker Brad Hickey will showcase a sensational lineup of his wines, matched perfectly with a four-course menu curated by Stokehouse Q Head Chef Marcel Nogaski. Enjoy dishes including pancetta-wrapped cobia paired with 2018 Reisling/Semillon, roasted quail paired with 2017 Nero D'Avola, slow-cooked brisket with 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon and caramelised apple with limited edition 20-year-old Brash Higgins tawny port, TWNY.

$150 per person including four-courses and matched wines.
