Brisbane is home to a variety of live music and entertainment in a number of venues across the city, along with some major festivals, carnivals, sporting and community events that everyone will enjoy. To see what's on in Brisbane this month, browse through the list of events below. Australian Basketball Challenge (ABC)

The National Basketball League brings the inaugural Australian Basketball Challenge (ABC) to Brisbane from 23-26 September. 

All eight NBL teams plus two teams from the Chinese Basketball Association will hit the court with their biggest stars. 15 games in four days will bring NBL basketball back to Brisbane in a big way! 

The ABC sees each team play in three games with points awarded for winning each quarter as well as the game. The team with the most points at the conclusion of the Tournament will take home the Cup.
