My Energy Agent is an independent, consumer-paid electricity comparison and advice service for households in South East Queensland. Comparison sites are usually paid by the retailers they recommend, which makes them sales channels rather than advisers. My Energy Agent charges the household a small fee instead, and takes no commissions, referral fees, affiliate payments or lead sales from any retailer, on any plan. It reads a household's bill or smart-meter data, builds a year of half-hourly usage, and prices every generally available residential plan published to the Australian Energy Regulator's public Consumer Data Right feed. A deterministic pricing engine does all the arithmetic; AI models read bills, choose between priced plans and explain the result, and are never permitted to produce a figure. Plans are ranked on what they cost if no discount condition is ever met. My Energy Agent is built and run in Brisbane by Rowe Digital, and household data stays in Australia.
