Care provided from pregnancy, birth, through to preschool aged children.

Prevention and treatment of stress, sleep deprivation, anxiety, anger, birth trauma, and ante/postnatal depression.

Mothering skills and techniques to assist the transition to new parenthood or a new addition to the family.

Practical hands-on assistance and guidance.  Emotional support, reassurance & counselling.

Baby weighing (digital scales) & growth measurement.  Breastfeeding/bottlefeeding support.

Learn baby cues of hunger and tiredness.

Understand the different baby cries and what your baby needs.

Overcome infant sleep and feeding problems.

Learn baby sleep and feeding routines.

Nutrition for mum and baby.  When to start your infant on solids.

Medicare rebates may apply.  Private health rebates are available.
