A birthday is a special day and should be remembered. Having a party is a fantastic way to create long lasting memories. Most Children look forward to this day for weeks, even counting down the sleeps until their special day arrives. A lot of planning and organizing goes into a birthday party, for most this is a little too stressful. Why not take all the stress away and have a party professional organize the day from Woe 2 Go.

Every person’s idea of what makes a great party is different. Woe 2 Go parties can customise a Birthday to suit your needs. Whether it’s the entire day or perhaps something as simple as just setting up the decorations we can help.

We can provide the following services: (packages can be customized to suit your budget and party needs)

v FACEPAINTING- A great way to break the ice or stay in theme with a party.

$120 1ST HOUR $180 2HRS

There is no limit on the amount of children painted; however it is recommended for full face designs no more than 8-12 children. Children of ages 1-3 normally prefer less detailed designs as they find it hard to sit still for long periods of time.

v CRAZY HAIRSTYLES- This is a very quick and easy way to entertain the children. This can also be combined with face painting

$45 per hour (Bonus hour free when a face painting booking is made)

v DECORATIONS- We can provide these at an extra cost of use the decorations you have bought. For Themed parties we have beautiful props to set the scene.

$100 to provide and set up (includes balloons, table cloths, hats, blowers, streamers, cups, plates, napkins)

$50 to set up the decorations that have been pre purchased

All inclusive bookings include decorations, tables and props included in price.

v GAMES– Our games can be adapted to suit all ages. We entertain the children by involving them in team games. We also have all the traditional games as well. It is recommended that 4 games are chosen for a party that runs for 2hrs.

Pass the parcel, Musical Cushions, Statues, egg nest, sack races, limbo, choc attack, crossing the river, Spider and Flies, Sleeping lions and loads more. All games can be adapted for a themed party.

$100 per hour. A cheaper rate is offered to those that combined any other service.

v INVITATION- We specialize in making invitations that suit a themed party. This is very helpful considering certain themes are not available within the shops. The price will vary depending which invitation is chosen.

v WOE 2 GO PACKAGE – A choice of any of the four services above and a special gift for the birthday child. $200.00 (party run time 2hrs + setup time) Bonus Party Food for 10 kids $50.00

Because a lot of planning goes towards having a party a schedule party plan will be handed to the host of the party. This way everyone is clear in what time everything will be happening, it also helps to stop a party from running over time.
