The Outlier Group, formerly LVL Up Consulting, was founded in Brisbane in 2020 with a clear goal: to reimagine how organisations deliver change and project delivery. What started as a solo venture has grown into a nationally recognised firm, partnering with leaders across Healthcare, Government, Mining, Not-For-Profit and Financial Services to deliver real, sustainable outcomes.
