Recording Oasis is a modern recording and mixing facility located in the bush surrounds of Tallebudgera Valley on the Gold Coast. Acoustically designed from top to bottom by renowned studio designer John Sayers, Oasis has flexible recording spaces with superior acoustics and cleaver sight lines throughout.
Tracking at Recording Oasis is a musicians dream. The studio is purpose built with a number of isolated rooms that surround a central control room. The studio has a vast range of microphones and pre-amps not to mention a huge selection of amps. Hearback systems in every room allow players to build custom headphone mixes. Double glass doors and tie lines throughout achieve the isolation so you can concentrate on the performance.
Mixing comes part and parcel with most productions. Recording Oasis however, is frequently used primarily as a mixing studio to cater for uncompromising clients. Oasis features an extensive list of Class A outboard gear. We have mid field and near field monitoring systems in stereo and 5.1 surround. The studio features a D-Command control surface and multiple 22-inch displays. We have a 2-track Studer tape machine if analogue mastering is required.
