HOMESTAY PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS We are now offering our new Homestay Direct program with the outlook to provide more choices for your students in a safe environment. Living with a homestay is the perfect way to help you improve your English and understand the Australian way of life, while living with a carefully selected friendly Aussie family. Homestay Direct Host's offer clean and comfortable accommodation with a peaceful and private environment enabling the student to enjoy their study time. The advantages of staying with a host family is to give your student more: Practise of English language Learn Australian Culture Be shown around the City sites and local areas by your host family Good solid understanding of local amenities Assistance with setting up bank accounts, knowledge of the local public transport system WHO IS HOMESTAY DIRECT? Homestay Direct Pty Ltd is an accommodation placement service providing accommodation for overseas and local students with carefully selected Australian families in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The delivery of a high quality service at all times, being a major aspect of our service. Our work experience to date has been highlighted by our ability to relate well and work effectively with a diverse range of people. We have provided accommodation options, information relating to the Homestay culture, and have dealt with social problems that some students encounter when they first experience Homestay for many years. We guarantee a high quality service in relation to the duty of care that our Homestay Hosts will provide to your students. We pride ourselves on matching students into Homestay families that can provide students with all of their requests. RATES Our rates are very competitive and are designed around the volume of students that you place into homestay with us. PLACEMENT RATES: Single placement fee per student $165.00 includes GST (we are happy to offer a commission to all agents ). Please ask us for more information. Accommodation costs per student per week $225.00 for 2 meals per day.
