We manage your Airbnb listing, while you're away on holiday, business, or working FIFO.
Our service includes:
1.We meet with you to discuss your property, and any particular requirements or features
2.We list your property on online short term accommodation listing platforms (airbnb and others). This includes taking professional photos to advertise your property to guests.
3.We prepare the property for guests (fresh towels, welcome note and gifts, soap & shampoo)
4.We screen guests (we only accept guests with at least 5 reviews, rated at 5 stars), we meet and greet guests, we hand over the keys, we give them a tour of the property and note features, and we assist them during their stay if required.
5.When the guests check out, we retrieve the key, we arrange cleaning and linen change, we complete an inspection and take photos of the property condition, and get the property ready for the next guests
6.You collect payment from the listing platform, and we send you an invoice for our service.
