Story Lab Summer 2015
Story Lab Summer 2015 at State Library of Queensland cranks up for another jam packed program of hands-on, minds-on fun and creativity!
Step into the Story Lab and explore the art of storytelling. From Minecraft to cartooning to robotics, let your imagination run wild while learning skills and techniques from the experts. Workshops include Cartooning, Comics, Manga, Robotics – LEGO mindstorms, Scratch, Minecraft, DIY animation, Comic Book and Graphic novel, Script writing and performance.
Come for one workshop or stay for the whole day, with supervised activities at lunchtime. Workshops are designed to cater for different age groups and learning styles, and all materials for each workshop are supplied.
Note: All workshops are catered for ages 8–16, and parental/carer supervision is not required. In addition, attendees must meet at Reception where they will be taken to the workshop venue.
