Park Road Precinct
Connecting Milton Rd with Coronation Drive, Park Road is Milton’s premier dining district. In a picturesque setting under a replica of the Eiffel Tower there’s an impressive restaurant plaza. You can choose from a vibrant array of Italian, French, Australian and Greek cuisines in this haven of quaint cafes, delicatessens, fine dining restaurants and classy craft beer establishments.
By day the precinct is calmly bustling with shoppers visiting a diverse collection of boutique stores while students and workers enjoying a café lunch in the warm sun. By night the strip becomes a haven for those who like to dress up and experience some of the culinary delights on offer from some of the best chefs in Brisbane.
The Brisbane RiverWalk makes up over 26km of scenic riverside walkways all along the Brisbane River. The Milton portion of these paths run right along the water’s edge alongside Coronation drive. Many locals use the path for walking to work in the morning, while all throughout the day there are active people going for river runs or cycling on the bicycle paths.
You can even take the time out to sit at one of the many public benches and just watch life go by on the river.

The Suncorp Stadium is home to the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds and the Brisbane Roar teams. Visitors can take a tour of the stadium that shows you areas usually just for the elite athletes and media personalities, as well as taking you through the history of the site that was originally a cemetery.

The Regatta Hotel
Just down Coronation Drive in Toowong is the famous or infamous Regatta Hotel. This is a very old watering hole with the first Regatta Hotel being established in 1874. It’s had a rich and varied history and became popular with University of Queensland students back in the 1960s and the current students still patron the establishment.
Now there is a fantastic entertainment program, new food menus to take you from brunch to dinner and lots of party nights to keep you busy. The pub is especially popular on summer Sunday afternoons for a Sunday session.
