Hi there, we are Gathering Events! Let us introduce you to our boutique Brisbane-based Caravan Bar and pop-up mobile bar creating memorable experiences through Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We believe in the magic of weddings, and love bringing special celebrations to life.
Behind the bar, we are a husband and wife team, accompanied by our crew of super talented and fun bar professionals. Our number one priority is creating old-fashioned good times and cheer, with a fun and fresh twist of course. Our stylish mobile vintage caravan bar will be the true life of your celebration keeping your guests refresh and entertained. We are available anytime anywhere – venues, homes, parks, farms, churches, gardens or warehouses.
Operating on BYO beverages basis, we will manage your complete bar operation. We can also work directly with your venue or catering company to ensure beverages are available for service. Our qualified (and charming) bar attendants can serve bubbles, wines, beers, iced refreshments, tea and cocktails.
The best part is, you don’t’ have to worry about a thing! Our caravan bar service is fully inclusive of all equipment, glassware, staff, vintage props, styling and furniture, creating an infectious atmosphere of fun! We love to travel far and wide, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and Toowoomba. Give us an ahoy anytime, we can't wait to hear from you!
