Our CrossFit classes are high intensity and constantly varied. We place equal importance on strength and metabolic conditioning with a focus on technique, skill building and mobility in every class. All workouts can be modified or scaled to suit your current fitness level - we will always be there to help and guide you through a workout.
We have a range of membership options and classes to suit everyone, from standard CrossFit classes to open gym membership. Bootcamp style workouts are run during the day, and - for when you need to keep it short and sharp - our ‘Fit 15’ classes are designed to get your workout done in 15 minutes or less (it's a 30 minute class from start to finish) .
