My name is Ashley Simonic. I have been working at Holt Fitness as a personal trainer for four years this February!
I have had a great deal of experience working with a range of clients with goals ranging from weightloss to muscle gain, from sports-specific fitness to clients with special needs, all with fantastic results!!
I am currently studying a bachelor of exercise and nutrition science, and have a passion for personal training and health and fitness. Working with my clients to reach their health and fitness goals is my motivation. In the past I have worked with clients consisting of men, women and children of all ages, fitness abilities and health status.'
I am available for both group and one-on-one sessions with mobile PT also available in the surrounding suburbs of Aspley.
Holt Fitness's commercially equiped personal training studio is based in Aspley. The gym is located in Aspley State School, on the corners of Horn Road and Maundrell Terrace.
Pesronal Training prices include:
$50 for half hour
$65 for 45 minutes
$80 for 1 hour
Do two or more 45 minute PT sessions per week and receive a FREE gym membership!
Drive out sessions may incur an additional $5-$10 fee depending on distance and travel time.
Group session prices range depending on the number of participants. Give me a call and we can work out the best option for your group!
