If you intend to sell or lease a property with a swimming pool in Brisbane, you must attach a valid pool safety certificate with the purchase. All regulated swimming pools in Queensland are required to remain compliant in accordance with the swimming pool safety regulations. Pooltech can conduct a pool safety inspection on your swimming pool to determine whether your swimming pool is compliant and issue the property with a pool certificate.

We aim to send your pool certificate of compliance the same day of the inspection, if your swimming pool barrier is deemed compliant.
