I practice predominantly from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT approach, and use Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Schema and Mindfulness-based approaches where these are beneficial and appropriate for clients.
