Clinical Hypnotherapy

Have you ever struggled with yourself about what you are doing or where you are wanting to go?  Well, it’s natural, most of us are in ‘two minds’ about our future. 

We work with our goals and plans and forget that we have another very powerful part of the mind, which is not involved and may not be ‘on side’.  I’m talking about the part of you that runs your body and holds your feelings and memories.  The subconscious mind. 

Most of us are so focused on trying to work things out on our own or with others and ‘thinking things through’ that we forget that most of our mind and the greatest impact on how we feel is from the subconscious mind. 

Hypnotherapy can be the answer to resolving much of this inner conflict and procrastinating from doing and being and what we are really wanting for our lives.  Working with a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist you can identify your unique issues and concerns and develop a strategy to resolve them using both parts of your mind.

Besides my work in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching I have also specialized in helping smokers kick the habit for good. There are over 140 non-smokers whom I personally helped, who will testify to how effective the method was for them.

On your first hypnotherapy session we start off by talking about your life.  We talk about your achievements and the challenges you are having, in any or all parts of your life. 

We will ask you questions to determine the reasons and triggers for your bad habits. We all have different reasons for doing things we would like to change.  If it isn’t about a bad habit and just an area you would like to develop or transform, we will ask you specific questions about the issue so that we can determine how you think and feel about those issues and develop a success strategy to overcome those issues.
