I focus on a recovery philosophy. I believe that recovery is possible, but to truly experience lasting change we need to view recovery as a process, not an outcome. Recovery is not an end point. It is an ongoing pursuit that involves making positive well-informed choices, everyday, giving the body and mind every opportunity to restore, repair, and regenerate, just like it was designed to do.
