All placements undergo a rigorous screening and selection process based on industry best standards and tailored to the Client’s requirements. As standard, Youngbrook Recruitment candidates undergo a behavioural and competency based interview, identity check, right to work, ticket or certification check, reference checking and as required skill assessment. Further background checks, medicals, vaccinations and inductions along with required clearances are conducted where appropriate.
