Introduction to Meditation Course
Occurs every week on Saturday
Rest your Body, Rest your Energy, Rest your Mind
You will be taken throuh Dzogchen meditatin practices and learn new skills on how to calm and focus the mind.
Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, we learn to be more present in what we are doing. We are less distracted and have less judgement of what we feel and experience.
You are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we listen to and discuss teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.
The course is suitable for thse with little or no meditation experience as well as those who are experienced.
