Hi,

Thank you very much for recovering my data. When my hard drive went down three years ago I stood to lose five years worth of personal data.

My email correspondence folder for this drive is bulging. The drive was sent to two local recovery experts, one of which consulted with a microcode expert in Singapore. It was then sent to a company in New Zealand and then another in California, who liaised with Russian experts with "the latest technology".

I have been told on four separate separate occasions over three years that it was impossible to recover my data, for various different reasons, from four different experts on five different countries on the planet.

I have stubbornly held on to this drive in the hope of finding someone who was confident and competent enough to successfully do the work.

Eventually I contacted CBL. They told me it would be a tricky job, but that their technician's enjoyed a challenge.

I received 100% of my uncorrupted data in my mail box 3 weeks later, approximately 95% of a total data size of 25G.

For a drive that was written off by four different "experts" in five different countries over three long years, I am so very happy that I persisted and eventually contacted CBL.

I now have all my old correspondence, all my old photos, music, graphic work, accounts, and everything else that I missed so much. I am very grateful for your skill and effort. Thank you all very much.
